Our Restaurant is fames throughout the area for its exquisite traditional Sicilian cuisine. There is seating for over 80 persons in the winter season, increasing to up to 200 in the spring and summer in the spacious garden, in the midst of a a great fruit orchard rebolent with the fragrance of flowers and orange and lemon blossom. All the olive oil, oranges and lemons, honey, jams and other delicacies served during meals are produced by the Santo Canale Farm Company, whenever possible using special environment-friendly methods. Our Restaurant is ideal for lunches and dinners, celebration parties, and banquets. By arrangement we are pleased to prepare unforgettable special traditional menus.

The rooms, all with en suite bathrooms, are quiet, large and bright, and furnished with sober and functional elegance, guaranteeing our guests every comfort. We are open all the year around and have accommodation for 25 guests.

The Hyblaean Baroque itinerary is there to see, practically before your eyes, and the ever-changing beauty of Nature is a constant invitation to set out on unforgettable excursions along the banks of the River San Leonardo or to spend a few hours bird-watching in the splendid wetlands of the River Simeto Oasis, the Lentini Biviere (Pond), or at nearby Vendicari.
